1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pagin ("the Service"), operated at pagin.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Pagin is a platform for indie hackers and entrepreneurs to:

  • Create public profiles showcasing their projects
  • Share and track Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) data
  • Access leaderboards and market insights
  • Discover trends and opportunities in the indie hacker ecosystem

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information about yourself or your projects
  • Misrepresent your revenue figures, metrics, or project status
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
  • Post spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including profile information, project descriptions, images, and data ("User Content").

License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant Pagin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform. This license is necessary to operate the Service (e.g., displaying your public profile and projects).

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Public Nature of Data

Pagin is built on transparency. By using the Service, you understand and agree that:

  • Your profile and projects are publicly visible by default
  • MRR figures and metrics you share are visible to all users
  • Your data may appear in leaderboards and rankings
  • Other users may reference or link to your public profile

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Paid Plans

Pagin offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.

Billing

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is owned by Pagin and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior
  • Provide false revenue data or metrics
  • Harass other users or Pagin staff
  • Engage in any activity that harms the Service or its users

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • User-submitted data, including revenue figures, is accurate or verified
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected

MRR data and project metrics are self-reported by users and are not independently verified by Pagin. Use this information at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from reliance on user-submitted data
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pagin and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
