Pagin is a web-based page builder service that allows users to create professional pages, portfolios, CVs, and personal websites using our intuitive block editor. The service includes:

• Drag-and-drop page builder
• Pre-designed templates and blocks
• Real-time editing and preview
• Custom domain support (Pro plans)
• Export and publishing capabilities
• User account management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Templates and blocks provided by Pagin are licensed for use within the Service. You may not extract, copy, or redistribute these elements outside of the Service.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance windows.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pagin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and content
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rennes, France.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
